Nutritions Wellness Formula

Every day, somebody wants to contact me for advice and guidance on its nutritional value. For years I have noticed that many people simply do not know where to start when it comes to healthy eating. Can it surprise anyone? When I think of all the nutrition information we are inundated with - in the media, the diet books in the stores that our doctors say that new “studies” say what our friends, what celebrities say - Wow! No wonder people are confused and do not know where to start!

I like things simple.

When I was a recommendation of health and lifestyle, or diet, exercise, stress, thoughts, weight loss, or even deal with the disease or infirmity, my recommendation is based on achieving our bodies innate genetic requirements for health. This is the first step. If something is not meeting the requirement for health is not part of the plan.

Then I stick to the simplicity of the “Wellness Formula”. It is magic! Using this simple strategy for all aspects of our lives, the results expected improvements to continue and continue.

Wellness Formula indicates optimal health and function caused by the persistent production of clean and sufficient lifestyle choices over time, while reducing the toxic and lack of choice.

“Lifestyle choices” may be summarized as what we eat, how we move and think. If something is “clean”, which means that does not satisfy our innate genetic requirements in this area of our lives. If “toxic” and then act contrary to our needs and have a negative effect. “Enough” in the electoral requirements sufficient to meet our needs, while the “lack of choice does not meet our requirements for congenital health.

All these decisions play in the pivot table to health. At one extreme of the scale, optimal health and function. When we clean and sufficient choice to go in this direction. Where are toxic and opportunities ranging from optimal health. In the opposite end of the scale is the lack of function and ultimately death.

Yes, our external environment has a direct role in the table, and make a choice. Clean and appropriate environment (conditions that are constantly exposed to) move in the direction of our health, while toxic and deficient environmental moves us away.

1) Eat real food.

4) Eat foods that are fresh, seasonal and local.

Real food is food grown, harvested, caught, etc., instead of being created in a factory or a laboratory. My children call it “God-made” food. Real food meets the requirements for self-sufficiency.

Food in all its form of a “not mess with nature have created!” For example, egg white and it comes with a gem. This is the most nutritionally beneficial. Naturally occurring proteins, it has some fat along with it. This is the way to consider the most effective way to our maximum benefit. When we try to eliminate fat and calories of the foods they denature and lose many of the inherent advantages. This moves us away from health.

For naturally occurring condition of animals is hosting a free, outdoor food and agriculture, which are designed to eat. For example, cows eat grass, of course, no fatty pieces. Foods with a natural occurrence in the state meet our requirements for self-sufficiency.

Eat food means pure and clean, where possible, choosing foods without toxic chemicals such as pesticides, herbicides, steroids, hormones, antibiotics, radiation, and so on. The choice of organic food makes sense, when considering toxic choice is to remove our health to a sliding scale. It is where the organic, but better and cleaner.

Fresh, local and seasonal foods that are high in nutrient density, and therefore helped us to meet our needs for blood.

To further simplify food choices, see the “Circle of Health”. What goes in a circle, so we know for certain foods create health. If not in the circle, not moving for health.

Within the circle of health:

1) proteins - meat, poultry, eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts and seeds, sprouts, etc.
2) fats and oils - nature made (butter, coconut oil, olive oil, etc.) in comparison with the synthetic, man (processed vegetable oils), nuts and seeds
3) vegetables
4) fruit
5) water

Many nutrition experts believe that the grains and milk are not entitled to health, because they were not part of our hunter-producer ancestors’ diet. Hold the circle of health as far as possible. Start by adding more real food, whole foods and fresh foods in your day. Then, choose the food cleaner when you can. When ready, you can reduce food and beverages in your diet, you know, do not contribute to their health or if you are moving it.
